1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. What is payment on delivery (COD)?
Payment on delivery allows you to purchase goods in cash or by card at the time of delivery. This offers a plus of security, since you only pay after receiving the product.
3. How do I return a product?

Products must be returned in original packaging and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt. Please send the recommended package to the following address:

4. How long does it take to process returns?
After receiving the returned products, we will process your request within 7 business days. Refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. What should I do if the product is defective?
If you notice a defect in the product you received, please let us know within two months of discovering the problem. Please describe the problem in detail and we will review your request. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a refund, exchange or repair.
6. Are there costs for returning products?
Return costs are, in general, borne by the buyer, except in the case where the product is defective or does not correspond to orders. In this case, we will cover the return costs.
7. Can I modify or cancel an order after I have placed it?
